I really want to give kudos to Mr. Doug Pearce for his commitment to customer service. I took my wife’s car in for service on a Wednesday afternoon. My wife work is a healthcare worker on the night shift, an hour away, so she doesn’t have the time to do this most days. Thursday evening on the way to work she noticed the low oil indicator light came on. After her 12 overnight shift this morning, she checked the dipstick and quickly realized there was no oil left. A friend took her to purchase more oil so she could make it home. I immediately took her car back into Jiffy Lube, remembering that if you have issues after a service to return to that same location for solutions. I explained the situation to the Manager, Mr. Pearce, and he not only found and corrected the deficiency, but gave me another oil change free of charge and a future complimentary oil change to compensate for the money, time/effort, and inconvenience my wife suffered. Things happen, but how he handled the whole situation in less than 10 minutes really made my day.

Honestly probably the best oil change/customer service I’ve ever received. Everyone was so kind and helpful plus it was done very quickly. The waiting room was nice as well. I will definitely be back for my next one!

It's always a great experience. The employees remember you & have a great sense of humor. They make sure you're taken care of. Grateful to always have a wonderful experience each time I go.

This is the 2nd year I have gotten my car inspected here. I didn't think it was possible but they were even friendly and faster this time. There was zero wait, the two gentlemen that helped me were absolutely fabulous and polite. I remember Carlos was the cashier and there was a darker gentlemen who did the inspection on my blue Equinox. Great service, great people! I will be back next year God willing! 👍🏽👍🏽

Oil was changed. Light was never reset like claimed on paper they gave me. Damaged my hood. While the prop was still holding hood up, guy that was dealing with things under hood, tried to close it. FELT THE PRESSURE, let off of it, then pulled it down harder bending the whole hood. Waiting to see how this is handled at store level before climbing further up the chain. Work order number 35.
